Orientation Day
Bertelsmann Orientation Day provides managers who join our Asian companies between six to twelve months with detailed information on Bertelsmann history, culture, current business status and strategies. It also enables participants to build and extend their network across various business divisions and companies from the very beginning, which will be a big plus for their future business, career and personal development.

China HIGHER Circle
China HIGHER Circle is a specially designed program that aims to improve the business skills of high-performing managers selected by business companies across Bertelsmann China. The 1.5 years program consists of 7 on-site modules and extra-curricular offline one-on-one coaching to lay a solid foundation for the managers' career development to the next stage.
