Describe your educational background. Where did you study, what degrees did you receive?
I went to school at Shanghai Finance University for my undergrad-double major in Human Resource Management and East China Normal University with a minor in Psychology.
Describe your career history. What were your professional experiences prior to your current position?
I did Lobby assistant for China Construction Bank when school.
What are your current roles and responsibilities?
As a member of staffing team, my responsibilities are contacting with the line managers to communicate the manpower request and then CV screening and first interview.
Another responsibility is new employee care.
Describe a typical day at your job.
I do the new employee orientation and share with them the corporate culture and policy of avarto systems. Afternoon I interview some candidates with the line managers.
What attracted you to your company and position? What is your favorite thing about your job?
What I love the company is the corporate culture and the nice colleagues. The job content is also my desirable. In avarto systems, everything is my favorite.
What has been your most memorable moment (so far) in your job?
The first interview in arvato systems made me most memorable. The beautiful office and nice interviewers made me love here.
If you could meet anyone from history, living or dead, who would it be?
Agathe Christie. She was known as the universally acknowledged queen.
