What are your current roles and responsibilities?
Now I play role as Operations Manager of arvato digital services Shanghai. My major role and resposibilty is to manage production/QA/Warehouse in a good condition and support the delivery with high quality as well as clients‘ demand. In the meantime, I also support arvato digital services Hangzhou/Xiamen two sites‘ daily operation.
Describe a typical day at your job.
Every day is different, and I don’t know what will happen until I get in and open my email inbox. That’s what I love most about my job—it never gets mundane. What impressed me a lot is how to response customer’s compalints/concerns quickly with right manner and method, and then build up a good reputation to them always.
