Describe your educational background. Where did you study, what degrees did you receive?
A: I have a bachelor degree in computer network from FUDAN University in Shanghai.

What are your current roles and responsibilities?
A?I am a senior project manager in arvato systems china and i need to manage e-commerce solutions implementation team as well as a project manager involved in ecommerce project for some important customer.

Describe a typical day at your job.
A?I might be meeting with our customers and project team members to discuss requirements and status on my dedicated project. At the same time, we have regularly scheduled meetings with other project manager to brainstorm how we are going to review project status and solve problems to keep project more smooth on our ongoing projects.

What attracted you to your company and position? What is your favorite thing about your job?
A?When I joined, arvato systems china was doing eCommerce project for retail industry, which was a big interest for me. I think we are leaders in IT industry in terms of using non-IT methodology to provide the s consulting, build and operation services for large customers. The opportunity to work with such a prestigious IT company was also very attracted me.

I really love about my job. The first is that it really has been a succession of different project to work with different large customer; The second is the people I work with a group of really creative and hard-working people, and it’s intellectually stimulating to be around such a bright and creative group.

What has been your most memorable moment (so far) in your job?
A?The launch of a high-volume website for our leading sports brand company in China. Not only does the project contains useful eCommerce business knowledge; it also let us have an opportunities to work with a group of really professional and creative people. This is the first implementation of a B2B and B2C system based on IBM Websphere Commerce Suit in China. It was very stressful and very exciting.

If you could meet anyone from history, living or dead, who would it be?
A?I want to meet my mother. She was a hard-working woman.

If I were a cartoon character, I would be:
A?Super man!

What qualities do you feel are necessary to be a successful employee at your company?
A?Everybody must have a good work attitude and sense of hard-working. I believe you can get more if you are willing to contribution.

Have you had the opportunity to travel as part of your job?
A?Sometimes. It also depends on the customer location.

Do you feel you have a good understanding of Bertelsmann and its corporate culture?
I think I know arvato systems well, but not necessarily Bertelsmann since it’s such a huge corporation with so many different and innovation companies

My favorite books, movies, and artists are:
I like to read some books about stamp as i am fans of collecting stamp. Some movies like historical play are always interest. Kenny G is my favorite artist.
